Orientation Survey

I have been with them since 2019 and I have always had a positive interaction and experience. I do tend to call and ask a lot of questions, but they're always fun to work with. We picked them because they have a very flexible format that suited every change my gym went through.

We're very new to using RhinoFit, but so far every interaction has been extremely pleasant and professional. They're fantastic with explaining how things work and have answered every question very clearly. The gentleman that did my orientation, I believe his name was Victor (but may have been Vincent, I'm so sorry that I don't recall) was amazingly helpful and a pleasure to talk to. I look forward to having a productive working relationship with RhinoFit.

After sitting through an orientation which covered the usage of their software I knew I would have many questions once I started using it. Not one who likes to use customer support as I would rather fight through it alone I gathered my questions and called their Rhino support line.Victor was fantastic in taking as much time as it took to make sure I fully understood and felt comfortable with navigating and operating the sections in question. I have more questions and feel extremely comfortable utilizing their support services again. I feel really confident with my decision to use their software to help streamline the operation of my gym thanks to the outstanding support I have received so far. Huge shout-out to Victor!
