Most gym platforms charge $139-$500 a month and lock you into contracts. RhinoFit is a flat $57 per month where everything is included, no member limits, and a real person answers the phone.

*Start-Up Pricing. United States and Canadian clients may qualify for Start-Up pricing ($0 per month) when the following conditions are met: in any given month (i) there are 20 or less active users and (ii) $2,500.00 or less (USD or CAD respectively) in payments are logged or processed. All other clients must have 20 or less active users in any given month to qualify. Customer’s using the Start-Up Pricing may have restricted or no access to certain features, including but not limited to communications and payment processing systems. This pricing is only available under the standard EULA; if another contract between Rhino Software and the client stipulates monthly pricing for RhinoFit, said contract’s rates apply.

**24/7 Access: The gym management software price of “$99 Monthly” is for a monthly software license that is connected to a Door Access Control (DAC) via a proprietary and closed API; the DAC hardware is purchased separately. This hardware package (DAC, scanner/reader and cable, and power cord/adapter) totals $1,300.00 per DAC, including taxes and shipping, which is due prior to shipment. Alternatively, the software and hardware may be packaged for $149 monthly for a single DAC unit. Taxes and shipping for this later package (DAC, scanner/reader and cable, and power cord/adapter) total $150.00 per DAC and are due prior to shipment. For pricing on multiple units (for use on multiple access points or locations), inquire with a sales representative as volume discounts are available. 24/7 Access is available only to customers in the United States of America, subject to underwriting and approval.

How are the service agreements structured?

RhinoFit Software as a Service operates under a standard End User License Agreement. Its billing is month-to-month. The Affiliate Pro, 24/7 Access, and Standard packages listed above are bundled with Service Agreements for ACH and Merchant Services with distinct contract terms. Contact a sales representative by phone or email for details.

Can I downgrade a package?

RhinoFit strives to support your dynamic business endeavors. If a the Affiliate Pro has been paid for and active for 90-days or more, you may be eligible to downgrade to 24/7 Access or Standard. Similarly, if the 24/7 Access has been contracted for, and all the hardware is returned in working condition, you may be eligible to downgrade to the Standard package. Contact a customer service representative by phone or email for support and execution.

What are your hardware prices?

Hardware pricing is listed above under “**24/7 Access”. Note that door strikes, maglocks, and other hardware not otherwise listed are not provided and you would need to identify, purchase, and install appropriate items fit for your specific use case. You may contact us by phone or email for assistance in identifying hardware, installation, or finding suitable low-voltage installers and locksmiths.

Do you charge for E-Mail or SMS?

RhinoFit has never and does not presently charge a separate usage fee for E-Mail or SMS.
