This customer service team might be the best I have ever experienced. While learning the system, I have had to call several times and each time my question is answered on the spot. Calls are answered quickly and everyone is so polite. Extremely happy with what Rhino Fit has been offering us.
I have been with them since 2019 and I have always had a positive interaction and experience. I do tend to call and ask a lot of questions, but they're always fun to work with. We picked them because they have a very flexible format that suited every change my gym went through.
