Setting up your credit card terminal at the gym is quick and easy. The POS system pairs with many of RhinoFit’s features, including the Sign-In Kiosk, Class Calendar, and Product Store, so members can buy products or classes as soon as they walk in. Track each payment with daily transaction and individual settlement reports – a big part of gym management. And because the gym point-of-sale terminal keeps its own record of transactions, you save time and energy.
To set up, plug the system into power and connect it to your router. Log into the RhinoFit software and go to Setup > POS Terminal on the lefthand side. Click Terminal Settings, then Add Terminal. A pop-up will appear – fill in the name, location, and refund policy as needed. Enter the Serial Number (SN) from the terminal sticker and verify it is correct. That’s it – your gym POS terminal is ready to accept payments!
