Pair your Gym POS Terminal with RhinoFit’s software in seconds!
It is quick and easy to set up your credit card terminal at your gym. The POS system can be paired with many of RhinoFit’s features including the Sign-In Kiosk, Class Calendar, and Product Store. Members can easily purchase products or classes as soon as they enter the gym. The POS system allows you to track each payment with daily transaction and individual settlement reports, which is a crucial aspect of gym management. Since the gym point-of-sale terminal automatically keeps a record of transactions, this saves you time and energy!
When setting up, make sure the system is plugged into power and connected to your router. Then log into the RhinoFit software and go to Setup > POS Terminal on the lefthand side. Click on Terminal Settings and Add Terminal. A pop-up will then appear on your screen. Fill in the desired name, location, and refund policy as needed. Lastly, enter the Serial Number (SN) found on the terminal sticker and verify it is correct! Once these steps are completed, your gym POS terminal should be ready to accept payments!
