Orientation Survey

I have been with them since 2019 and I have always had a positive interaction and experience. I do tend to call and ask a lot of questions, but they're always fun to work with. We picked them because they have a very flexible format that suited every change my gym went through.

We're very new to using RhinoFit, but so far every interaction has been extremely pleasant and professional. They're fantastic with explaining how things work and have answered every question very clearly. The gentleman that did my orientation, I believe his name was Victor (but may have been Vincent, I'm so sorry that I don't recall) was amazingly helpful and a pleasure to talk to. I look forward to having a productive working relationship with RhinoFit.

I was unable to login to RhinoFit for some unknown reason, so I contacted their customer service via email. I received a quick response from Victor, who was super helpful, was able to figure out the issue and got me logged-in in no time!

We use RhinoFit for our gym and they have been nothing but great. Always willing to help in anyway they can. The Customer service team is the best we have experienced and worked with.
