Improve your Staff Management with our Time Clock Kiosk
RhinoFit’s new time clock kiosk feature gives your employees the ability to clock in and out every time they enter or leave the facility. This way you can better manage your employees time sheets, enhance your oversight capabilities, and improve your staff management!
With the new time clock kiosk, you can create multiple access points and launch payroll templates for each department. The advanced time clock feature gives you and your staff members the ability to create a secure pin for each employee to use, allows universal access, or can be launched immediately with no pin. Employees can easily clock in, take a timed break, or clock out with just a click of a button… and it’s greatly accurate!
Calculate your Payroll Expenses
In addition to the time clock kiosk, our new payroll system can automatically calculate your employees weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly pay. Our intuitive time-keeping feature allows you to set payment controls for salary employees, employees paid by the hour, and 1099 staff.
Simply set a payroll start date, select the days of the week, and add staff members. RhinoFit’s payroll controls allow you to assign each department or employee with a direct report, set payroll frequency, and adjust overtime rates with our payroll modifier. Track new hire dates, assign a part-time or full-time status, and customize company benefits such as paid holidays and vacation time for each payroll control!
Our payroll feature even offers ways to track expenses! Create unique expense categories for travel and food, add pre-determined expense values, and attach notes and receipts. Managers can approve or decline any pending requests and add them into their weekly payroll.
Improve your Employee Oversight
To help improve employee oversight, RhinoFit’s new time and payroll tracking feature includes comprehensive reporting tools to track your employees’ attendance, accrued time off, and structured pay. For forgetful employees, you can set up automations for time off request updates, clock out reminders, and any outstanding time logs. Use our administrative features to identify any valuable HR data including employee tardiness, extended breaks, and attendance issues.
With our staff management features, managers can approve or decline time off requests, reset time off balances, and track overtime usage. Easily run reports to calculate total payroll by individual or department, create monthly expense reports, and track weekly marketing and sales commissions.
Our HR reporting system gives you the ability to track valuable data including an employee’s total hours, wages, bonus, holidays, PTO, and more. Plus, you can even create year-end payroll reports and export the files as excel, CSV, or PDF files!
