They're fantastic with explaining how things work and have answered every question very clearly. The gentleman that did my orientation, I believe his name was Victor (but may have been Vincent, I'm so sorry that I don't recall) was amazingly helpful and a pleasure to talk to. From the previous company who handled processing payments from our customers there is no comparison. The reports we receive daily, along with the monthly reports, emails letting us know of expiring customers, failed payments ensure our business is covering all our bases. I highly recommend rhinofit over any and all other gym management softwares. We have used them for 7 locations and have had nothing but fantastic support. They are constantly improving their software and products. The Door Access system is amazing for controlling members in getting in/out of your gym. The entire team is great. I constantly communicate with Victor and Chris and they are both extremely helpful and caring. Great company with a great product.
