I have been with them since 2019 and I have always had a positive interaction and experience. I do tend to call and ask a lot of questions, but they're always fun to work with. We picked them because they have a very flexible format that suited every change my gym went through.
The best customer service I have ever dealt with. Have called numerous time, Victor and the team always remember me and is super helpful. I cannot recommend this company enough and the service is above and beyond.

After sitting through an orientation which covered the usage of their software I knew I would have many questions once I started using it. Not one who likes to use customer support as I would rather fight through it alone I gathered my questions and called their Rhino support line.Victor was fantastic in taking as much time as it took to make sure I fully understood and felt comfortable with navigating and operating the sections in question. I have more questions and feel extremely comfortable utilizing their support services again. I feel really confident with my decision to use their software to help streamline the operation of my gym thanks to the outstanding support I have received so far. Huge shout-out to Victor!
