We're very new to using RhinoFit, but so far every interaction has been extremely pleasant and professional. They're fantastic with explaining how things work and have answered every question very clearly. The gentleman that did my orientation, I believe his name was Victor (but may have been Vincent, I'm so sorry that I don't recall) was amazingly helpful and a pleasure to talk to. After sitting through an orientation which covered the usage of their software I knew I would have many questions once I started using it. Not one who likes to use customer support as I would rather fight through it alone I gathered my questions and called their Rhino support line.Victor was fantastic in taking as much time as it took to make sure I fully understood and felt comfortable with navigating and operating the sections in question. I have more questions and feel extremely comfortable utilizing their support services again. Our Martial Arts school has been with Rhinofit for over 4 years and the service they have provided exceeds what our expectations were. From the previous company who handled processing payments from our customers there is no comparison. The reports we receive daily, along with the monthly reports, emails letting us know of expiring customers, failed payments ensure our business is covering all our bases.
