I use Rhinofit for both of our 24 hours gyms. I enjoy using the software system and the door access. Costumer services is friendly and are very helpful anytime I have a question. They are constantly improving and adding new features as well.

First of all, you can't beat the price for this software...but what makes this even better? The customer service! From Bobby, who was my sales person for the software, to Victor who migrated everything over from my old software to RhinoFit (which by the way it was SEAMLESS!), to Kevin, who was my website designer. ALL three gentlemen were SUPER quick to respond, communication was AMAZING, and follow up was VITAL. These three gentlemen worked fast, efficient and were able to get me up and running (including the website, which looks GREAT!) in less than a week from start to finish. I'm so impressed with their willingness to be available to me, no matter what my issue is. I even had Kevin change several things on my website several times until my vision came to life. AND it was done QUICK. I can't believe it's taken me this long to get to RhinoFit, but now I'm here, I'm not ever leaving! Use this service with confidence!

I've had a great experience so far with RhinoFit, and specifically with Kevin Jackman who set up my website. His response time was fast with all the edits I requested and he was super helpful in explaining both the set-up process and handing the website credentials back to me. Website creation is outside of my realm of understanding so it was great to have someone knowledgeable and patient to work with.
